Payment Options

We understand that many people are short on time, that’s why we have introduced HiCaps, where you can claim from your health fund on the spot, instead of physically going to your health fund to claim your money back. We accept all Health Funds, including Medibank Private, Bupa, HCF, CBHS and AHM.

Cash, Credit and Debit Cards (EFTPOS)

We accept cash, MasterCard and Visa card. We now also accept American Express Cards. Unfortunately, we don’t accept Diner’s Card, so please make sure you have an alternate payment method ready for your visit.

Bulk Billing – Child Dental Benefits Schedule

At Dental Aspects we realise that it is important to begin preventative dental care at an early age, that’s why we have decided to bulk bill and accept the Medicare Child Dental Benefit Scheme, with no out-of-pocket expenses for eligible children. For more information, Contact Us or for information on eligibility and the scheme, go to, or call 132 011.

DVA Patients

Dental Aspects welcomes and accepts all DVA patients.

ZipPay/ Payment Plans

We currently do not have any direct payment plans in place, however, we recommend you look into ZipPay, which provide payment plans. Dental Aspects has partnered with Smile to allow you to benefit from this membership program. This is a great option for those who do not have private health insurance, and are looking for a way to reduce their dental costs. To apply, visit, or call them on 1300 238 648.

Please note that full payment is required at the time of treatment. If you are unable to do so, please let a staff member know before your appointment to discuss payment options.

Quotes and product pricing over the phone

In some situations, the team at Dental Aspects does provide quotes over the phone; however, these are an estimate at best and may change depending on your actual situation at the time of your visit. The exact fees for your initial comprehensive exam will be provided to you upon request, and following your exam, the dentists will discuss your treatment plan options and provide you with more accurate pricing upon which you can base your decision.
We are happy to schedule you an appointment to provide you with a second opinion if you are unsure or unhappy about treatment options recommended to you from an alternate source, however, we prefer not to give comparative quotes over the phone as this can often vary between practices, and may be misleading for you.
